- The Crew -

Duo Tales Studio was created by two sisters (Dani and Chantal Gabriel) however none of this is possible without the help of their awesome crew!

- Director - Producer - Screenwriter -

Chantal is an award-winning filmmaker that has been featured in leading film festivals in the US and internationally. She is currently an adjunct professor of screenwriting.

- Lead Artist - Production Designer -

Dani works as the lead artist & production designer. Additionally she is an illustrator who specializes in her own unique style called STIBI, which can be seen in Duo Tales Studio's animations.

Dani earned her AA degree in Art &

Art Education at Miami Dade College, and then went on to earn her BFA and MFA degree as a painter / print-maker at the University of Miami. She works as an adjunct art professor teaching 2D courses, and art / cinema appreciation. Besides teaching she also works as a fine artist, if interested, her artwork can be viewed on her artist site {}.

She also tables at art festivals or geek conventions, and freelances for local filmmakers as a poster/print designer. She can be seen drawing charming characters at her desk, binge watching anime or sci-fi shows, wearing fantastical costumes even though it’s not Halloween, or reading books on witches, unicorns, and mermaids.

- Social Media Manager -

Learning about every topic in the world is not feasible, as you can imagine, so I narrowed down my career goals: I'm an aspiring entrepreneur/attorney who is currently pursuing a J.D./M.B.A. at the University of Miami School of Law. I am fascinated with the start-up, legal, tech, and entertainment industries. I am well-versed in Trademark Law and enjoy all forms of Intellectual Property Law. I love social media and the law behind it, and I currently serve as a social media expert and consultant for several start-ups, including a virtual reality start-up and a beverage start-up. Coming from a creative background of acting and creative writing, I am a natural copywriter and public speaker. At my position at Social Media Law & Order, after the current social media manager was hired by Twitter, I took over her responsibilities and have accrued invaluable experience in social media marketing. Just recently I started my own digital marketing company after having worked as a freelance social media strategist, which can be found by clicking the button below.

- Producer, Editor, & Cinematographer -

Born and raised in Puerto Rico, after graduating from the University of Puerto Rico with a Bachelor's in Journalism and Political Science, she decided to move to Miami to try her luck at filmmaking. Enticed by the idea of visual narrative and storytelling, she is currently in pursuit of her MFA in Motion Pictures at the University of Miami. All roads seem to point at her specializing in Cinematography and Editing.

- Animator -

With a deep love for animation, Tatyana graduated from Dave School in Orlando, Florida, with a focus in digital animation and visual effects.
She has worked on several projects, her latest one being the animated short film, "Runners." She currently works as a freelance artist.

- Composer -

Having marveled at the music of the great orchestral composers, Javier Albornoz
began to study the clarinet and saxophone as well as experimenting with recording and MIDI technology at nine years of age. He found the enjoyment of creating music was so fulfilling that it sparked the desire in him to pursue a career in the music field early on. Javier has a bachelor’s degree from Berklee College of Music in Boston and worked in audio post-production for over a decade. After receiving his master’s degree from the University of Miami’s Frost School of Music, he has recently joined the faculty of the Music, Media and Industry department as a lecturer. A composer of both film and concert music, Javier has also composed commissioned works for the Alhambra Orchestra in Coral Gables, Florida, as well as serving as assistant principal clarinetist for 12 years.
